  2. ALCAIDIA DE LA POLICIA DE LA PROVINCIA DPTO. CAPITAL PLANIMETRIA GENERAL Sitio: Extremo del Complejo Penitenciario Padre Luchesse, superficie 6 hectáreas. Superficie Cubierta a Construir: 10.000 m2. Población: 525 detenidos. 340 empleados. 800 a 1000 visitas diarias Total estimado en pico: 2000 personas. Para Contraventores se han previsto 14 pabellones de 19 celdas cada uno. Para detenidos en Redadas se han previsto dos locales para albergar a 100 detenidos cada uno. Todas las celdas albergarán dos (2) detenidos, a excepción de las de discapacitados que alojarán uno (1). CAPACIDAD TOTAL: Detenidos Contravencionales: 525, de la siguiente manera . Dos Pabellones para 37 mujeres cada uno. . Dos Pabellones para 37 homosexuales cada uno. . Diez Pabellones para un total de 367 hombres. INVERSION TOTAL: $40.000.000. Con pedido de financiamiento al Fondo Fiduciario Federal de Infraestructura Regional por $20.000.000. para primera etapa

  3. AREA PARA EX U.C.A. NUEVA CARCEL DE PROCESADOS Y EX- U.C.A. PLANIMETRIA GENERAL Sitio: Extremo Sur Este del Complejo Penitenciario Padre Luchesse, superficie 84 hectáreas. Superficie Cubierta a Construir: 60.000 m2. Población: 2.000 detenidos discriminados de la siguiente manera: 500 detenidos por Delitos Comunes (EX_UCA) y 1.500 procesados Las celdas albergarán uno (1), dos (2) y cuatro (4) detenidos. Financiamiento del Fondo Fiduciario Federal de Infraestructura Regional por $ 60.000.000 para la construcción de una primera etapa (un módulo) Inversión para todo el establecimiento: $ 240.000.000.

  5. NUEVO ESTABLECIMIENTO CARCELARIO DE RIO CUARTO PLANIMETRIA GENERAL Sitio: Lote Rural ubicado a 1600 m. de la Ruta Nac. Nº 8, camino a la Planta depuradora de Líquidos Cloacales de la Ciudad, superficie 10 hectáreas. Superficie Cubierta a Construir: 15.000 m2. Población: 500 internos. Sectores del Conjunto: a.- Guardia Externa b.- Guardia Interna y Recepción de Visitantes c.- Sector Operativo Servicio Penitenciario con Ingreso de Detenidos d.- Contención de Detenidos en módulos de 3 pabellones en dos plantas. e.- Visitas íntimas y Grupales. f.- Espacio para Culto. g.- Apoyo, Tratamiento y Locutorios h.- Escuela. i.- Talleres. j.- Alojamiento para Servicio Penitenciario. k.- Dos canchas para esparcimiento y deporte. l.- Estacionamientos. ll.- Pre-Egreso. Las celdas albergarán uno (1) y dos (2) internos. Inversión estimada: u$s 25.000.000 para la totalidad de la construcción del complejo.
