Part I: Download Tool Using Web • This tool needs to be installed on your terminal before you start the registration process. • The tool can be downloaded from the web or can be installed through a CD. • This section explains the process of installation using a web interface. • The precise steps and screen-shots for installation are provided hereafter NOTE: While using data card, the LAN card should be enable for the MAC address.

  4. 1. Login using CSC ID and Password Using the Internet you need to access the CSC online monitoring website and authenticate yourself, for authentication your SCA will provide your CSC ID and password. .

  5. 2. Your CSC Registration Status Once CSC user logs in using his/her CSC-ID and password the CSC Registration Status gets displayed as shown below: Various Status messages that can appear on the screen are indicated in the table below:

Choose Appropriate Download Option Once you are successfully logged in, your Registration status will appear on the screen, the system will prompt you to download the installer in either of the Operating Systems (Windows/Linux). 5. Run the Download Client Proceed for Installation hereafter depending on your choice of Operating System. For Install Process Windows click here III: Installation for Windows OS

Part II: Download Tool Using CD • This tool needs to be installed on your terminal before you start the registration process. • The tool can be downloaded from the Web or can be installed through a CD. • This section explains the process of installation using an installer CD. Using the CD is preferable if the bandwidth speed is low. • The precise process for installation is provided hereafter • For Windows click here III : Installation for Windows OS

  8. This tool needs to be installed on your terminal before you start the registration process. The tool can be downloaded from the Web or can be installed through a CD. This section explains the process of installation using Windows OS. The precise steps and screen-shots for installation are provided hereafter. 1.Install CSC Setup Once the client has been successfully saved on your computer or once the CD has been inserted on your machine, a self installer pop-up would prompt you to click 'Next' to complete the installation process. Further keep clicking 'Next'/'OK'/ 'Install'/'Yes' whenever prompted. Part III : Installation Process Windows

  9. 2.Proceed for CSC Client Registration After successful installation process the system will automatically take you to a registration process! Click here to proceed to Registration

  10. Part IV: Registration Process To complete registration execute the following steps. 1. Fill in your CSC ID and Password On the CSC Registration screen provide your valid CSC Login-ID and Password to register

  11. 4.Restart your ComputerOnce the system restarts login to the online monitoring tool. The Registration Status would now show 'Registered'. 2.Wait Until Confirmation Wait until registration process is under progress. 3.Registration Complete Once you have registration your system will restart.

  12. Part V: Re-Installation Process • Re-Installation process is meant to down load the installer once again on the machine on which you have successfully installed the Tool. These exceptional events are: • CSC terminal is reformatted • CSC terminal suffers from a virus attack • CSC hard drive is reformatted • Any critical component is replaced causing change of MAC address of a terminal • A newer version of this tool is published Once a CSC is set to Re-Registration mode the system is ready for Re-Installation
