  1. Mental health We all have physical health, just as we all have mental health. One in ten young people will experience a mental health problem, but sometimes they experience stigma and discrimination as a result. This month we’re campaigning to tackle the stigma and discrimination that people with mental health problems can experience.

  2. #MakeTime film Life moves fast and sometimes we don’t notice – or we forget – people around us may be going through tough times. This month we’re making time for mental health; by learning more about it, thinking how we can take care of our own mental health, how we can support our friends and how we can all work together, with Time to Change, to create a society free of mental health discrimination. Now we’re going to learn more about mental health.
