  2. 鯉魚簡介 鯉科：Cyprinidae 學名：Cyprinus carpio carpio 俗名：Common carp 俗稱：鮘仔 軟骨鮘仔（食用小魚）飼養5-6月、 6-8尾/斤 特徵：鬚2對、頜鬚較長、吻鬚較短、鯽魚無

  3. 本市養殖戶，場內以止水式之淡水養殖 • 每公頃放養約50萬尾、水深6尺 • 於2004年11月中旬放養 • 2005年4月8日發病送檢 • 累計死亡率約為95％ • 本市於2003年4月確診食用鯉魚感染本病， 至2005年疫情仍延續。 病歷

  12. 肉眼病變 • 全身體表黏液增加、充出血、脫鱗 • 鰓黏液分泌增加、腫脹蒼白及鰓絲顏色不 均，有部分壞死灶 • 鰓蓋出血 • 眼球出血 • 內臟無明顯病灶，偶見蒼白的肝臟及腎或脾 腫大

  15. 組織病理變化 • 鰓：局部壞死，二級鰓薄板上皮細胞增 生、癒合 • 眼睛：視網膜空泡化、微血管叢出血 • 心臟：非化膿性心外膜炎 • 腦：非化膿性腦炎、圍管現象 • 腎臟：腎小管玻璃樣變性

  17. 寄生蟲檢驗 鰓絲壓片鏡檢部份病例可見車輪蟲、指環蟲、異形吸蟲寄生
