Good Communication =Keep barriers to a minimum Barriers include: • Lack of understanding • Lack of trust or honesty • Technical jargon/ content • Language barriers/ Cultural differences • Inadequate feedback • Emotional interference (being angry or tired) • Knowledge/ expertise of sender and receiver • Quality of information sent • Inappropriate medium • Poor listening skills • Position/ status of sender
