  3. Welcome to MAP video

  4. How do I administer the MAP assessment? • I have created your sessions • You will need to login https://hcps-admin.mapnwea.org

  5. Click on manage test sessions on the left side of the screen

  6. Click on Saved Test Sessions

  7. Click in the box under “created by” and delete your name. In the Testing Session Name box type the initials for your school and your grade (JRE5) • Your test sessions should appear

  8. Click the circle in front of the test session (see bottomarrow) • Click the Test Now button (see toparrow)

  9. In the top right side of the screen you will see • Write that information on the board for the students • Session names will look like this example: • JRE5 M Hairfield

  10. Once they login you will need to confirm them so that they can begin the test. Click Refresh Status and then the Confirm Now button

  11. Pausing, Suspending, or Terminating Tests

  12. Before your students test you should do the following: • Watch the video together from slide 3 • Go through a test warm up • (use warm up A for grades 3-5 and • warm up B for grades K-2) • Contact me via phone, email, or chat if any issues arise during testing
