  3. Home page Whenaccessingto the newportal, a windowcontainingimportantmessageswillbeavailable. Once read, you can close the windowbyclicking on X at the top on the right. Messageswillbeavailable at anytime in the scrolling bar under the mainimageof the home page. These are the three main areas available in the Home page.They suggest the most used paths 3

  4. Internalusers Service access area Here, right under the news ofthissection, youwillfindaccesstoservices. NothingischangedregardingApplications: opening the usualdrop-downlist, youwillbeabletoaccessstationerypurchasing, technicalmaterials, service entry sheet … Toaccesscontentsof the Procurement Reserved Area, insertuserid and password in thissection. Ifyoualreadyhaveuseridbut password doesnot work, click on “Forgotyour password?” Can’t youfind a document or contents? Try the brandnewsearchengine. It can track down descriptions or sentenceswithinfilesofdifferentformats: Word, Pdf, Excel, Powerpoint, … 4

  5. Forgotyour password? Click on ‘Forgotyour password?’, theninsertyour e-mail address in thissection (lowercase). Click on “Generate new password”. Youwillreceivean e-mail. Click on the link toconfirmrequestfornew password.   6. Password changing Tochange password, you can click on “Myprofile” (available on everyportalpage) Nowyou just needto click on “change password”. At thispoint, a newwindowwill open up, whereyouwillinsertold password and new password (twice) 6

  7. DocumentList For a betterpageorganization and clearness, documentsare showngrouped in thematicareas. Click on “DOWNLOADABLE DOCUMENTS”toexpandselection and accessalldocuments 7

  8. New searchengine – 1 of 2 Searchengineisbrandnew. Searching can beperformed on all site contents, using the box available on everypage at the top on the right. You can alsoperform a research on a specific site content, activatingboxesavailableonlyforcertainsections, asshown in the screenshot (Internal User Area) 8

First innovationisthat the engineperformssearchingsnotonly on documenttitles, butalsowithinallcontents (pdf, word, excel, powerpoint or other file formats). Results are orderedbyimportance (100% in case of first selection) and can befilteredfurtherbycontenttype (documents, sections, folders or manuals) 9
