  8. Did You Know… • names in the world • scientific name The first time I saw the word ‘Puma’ on the endangered species list, I had wondered what it was. I thought I had heard it somewhere else before, but I wasn’t too sure. That’s how the Puma became first on my choice list. I learned what endangered animals have to go through to survive, but I-nor anyone else-will ever know exactly how they feel. Treat animals like you might treat yourself-after all, we are animals too.
