  3. Follow-Up from Last Meeting • As a follow-up to the September 10th meeting, we will discuss the following questions: • How do I add a new MTESC Mailer? • What is the average approval time to get on MTEOR? • How can I get rid of a CRID I no longer use?

  4. Adding a New MTESC Mailer • MTESC Mailers are Mailers that order MTE directly from an MTESC • Mailers who wish to receive direct delivery of MTE from the MTESC must apply and be approved by the Area. • The minimum requirement for approval is that the Mailer must be able to accept a full truckload of MTE each week. • Mailers may either contact the Help Desk at mteor@usps.gov or 1-866-330-3404 or their Business Service Network (BSN) representative to apply for MTEOR • Once the Mailer has been approved by the Area they will receive registration instructions from MTEOR The process to add a Mailer to the direct delivery program can take up to 60 days.

  5. Removing a CRID • Once it has been created, you are not able to remove a CRID from your BCG profile • However, you may disassociate services with each individual CRID if needed • For additional information contact the PostalOne! Helpdesk at (800) 522-9085 or at postalone@email.usps.gov.

  6.
