Number on ACE Inhibitors/ARBS (BP and Kidney protection) 4. Number of claims for diabetes education 5. Number of diabetes medications/refills (total claims) 6. Number of members on diabetes medications

  7. INHS Worksite Wellness • Benefits 1. Long-term reduction of costs 2. Absenteeism rate decreased 3. ER/Physician visits decreased 4. Appropriate meds 5. Routine refilling of meds 6. 90% on ACE Inhibitor or ARB (those appropriate) 7. 75% will have attended Diabetes Education
