Some good advice • Do not fill in the gaps in the book or write translations in the text • Do not learn words from a list, but in context. • Understanding is not enough: have attention for form: put the text under the microscope! • Use all senses simultaneously: read + listen + speak • Study actively: USE the words, make your own sentences • Don’t be afraid to speak or to make mistakes

Computer test: listening and writing sentences from the text officialtest: part of your grade notallowed: book, phones, paper, etc. otherwise: blocked for the rest of the course!
