2. Raynaud’s disease is a type of vascular disease that affects the arteries. It causes spasms in the arteries and temporarily restricts the blood flow. Further, during an attack, one should keep the body warm and drink a lot of warm water or liquid in order to maintain the body temperature. In cases where stress is the trigger point of the attack, one should try to manage stress with meditation, medication, or exercise.
