  2. Where found • The Rock hopper penguin lives on the islands north of Antarctica, from Chile to new Zealand.

  3. Habitat • The Rock hopper penguin lives on grasses on rocky coastlines.

  4. Characteristics • The Rock hopper has funky yellow feathers on their heads. The Rock hopper penguin is black and white. Its webbed feet are pink at the top and black at the button.

  5. Prey • Rock hopper penguins are meat eaters. Its favorite foods are lantern fish, smaller types of fish, octopus, Costa ,oceans species of small squid and krill.
