  • Objectives stated clearly in student-friendly language

  • Students are grouped for instruction

  • Learning Centers

  • Evidence of Differentiated Curriculum

The “IDEAL” Elementary SchoolTeacher:

  • Highly skilled in the grade/subject areas

  • Excited, passionate, and nurturing

  • Establishes rapport with students and parents

  • Knows the students strengths and weaknesses
