The Evolution of TMI, LLC • 1988 Company founded as a manufacturer of strip doors. • 1990 – 1994 added PVC Panels, Air Doors, Dock Bumpers, Dock • Lights, and Modular Enclosures. • 1999 acquired Curtron Products, the industry leader to the Food • Service Industry for Strip Doors and Rack Covers. • 2000 – 2003 added PVC Film, Conversion Services, Industrial • Curtains, PVC Coated and Laminated Fabrics

The Evolution of TMI, LLC Cont. • 2002 – 2003 invented Rip-A-Strip, Save-T-Loc hardware, and • the Accordion Strip Door. • 2006 Company was sold to Shoreview Industries. • 2007 Acquired Winplex, a world class extrusion company. • 2008 Acquired FlexBarrier, a competitor of Strip Doors and a • leading manufacturer of Screen Doors. • 2009 Opened West Coast Distribution Center and acquired • KoroClear and KoroSeal, divisions of RJF (formerly BF • Goodrich.)
