Benefits of Involvement • Develop core competencies in areas of communication, event management, leadership development, interpersonal relationships, intellectual growth, collaboration, multicultural awareness, marketing, and assessment / evaluation • Make connections with others for future collaborations at UM, including internships and employment opportunities • Ability to explore areas outside or inside your major area of study • Develop lasting friendships throughout your collegiate career

  5. Login to OrgSync • Go to www.miami.edu/myumgroups with an tablet, laptop, phone or desktop computer • Select Login to Orgsync • Sign in with your Campus ID (cane ID logon and password) • Update your profile with correct info (only first time you log in)
