  2. Outputs received from the implementation of the Participatory Budgeting Communication Campaign – difficulties • Which was the communication scheme and wich were its limitations. • How was the local administration involved in this process • The results of the communication campaign.

  4. Outputs received from the implementation of the Participatory Budgeting Difficulties in organizing the meetings • The need of the preparatory meetings a. The aim and the issues of the meetings was not clear for many participants b. Many of them doesn’t know anything about the budget (in years) of their LG. c. Many of them doesn’t know about the previous investment or initiative that their LG has initiate. d. Most of the participants doesn’t know the which are the responsabilities of the LG and which are the limits of the local Governance.

Outputs received from the implementation of the Participatory Budgeting Second round of the Community Meetings Limitations • Need for the preparatory meeting in subzone with the aim to explain clearly the objectives of the second meetings. • Number of participants a. In some cases the number of the participants was 5%-10% of the zone population, so the priorities and the representatives are not aproved from the majority of the zone population. -

Meeting difficulties a. Many representatives doesn’t understand very well their role because in these meetings many issues has been discused. 3. Other difficulties a. Political orientation of the participants and of the counciliers
