The work route for the definition of the RQS Methodological criteria 1/2 Revision of the Regional List of the Recognized Qualifications based on the following criteria: Low recoursing Obsolescence No Attendance Stationing/Interruption Superimposition Analysing the training projects referring to any qualification Comparison with the research performed by different bilateral organisms (industry-craftmanship- small and medium enterprises–co-operative enterprises-tourism-transport-agricolture) 6

The work route for the definition of the RQS The participants 150 experts appointed by the social parts + 50 experts appointed by the vocational training organisms for each of the 38 identified professional areas Regional officials + Expert consultants Three half days of discussion in order to confirm the professional standardsofqualificationsin each area about 190 meetings = Three half daysof discussionin order to confirmthe training standardsof qualificationsin each area

It’s given to an individual IT’S A FORMAL CERTIFICATE It’s assigned through a PROCEDUREREGULATED by the Region Points out and assures that the individual owns all the typical competencesof a defined professional figure It can be registered into the “Libretto formativo individuale” (individual training booklet) the RQSQUALIFICATION is: A group of working roles, operating on working processes which are similar and characterized by professional and homogeneous competences It can be obtained through the addition of partial certifications (certifications of “competency unit” which can be gained through different ways of learning, during different periods of life)

At present the Regional Inventory is consisting of 126 qualifications referred to 38professional areas Of these, in accordance with the construction ofTHE TRAINING STANDARDS, can be distinguished: 3rd EQFlevel 26 Access to a professional area 4th EQFlevel 14 Either access and deepening 5th-6th-7° EQF lev. 86 Deepening/specialization 19

Beneficiaries • The RSFC allows to formalize and certify the competences of: people who took part(partially or fully)to a training coursewhich provides as a result the issue of a document of formalization and certification people with experiencein the workplace, and/or informal situations and/or with certificates obtained in relation to formal learning situations involved in obtaining a document of formalization and certification

  34. RSFC FEATURES The RSFC is characterized by two essential conditions: • defined and strict procedures, • professional competence of its authors. These two conditions make: • sure the path - each one (beneficiaries, actuators, external actors interested ...) knows the stages of the route; • homogeneous and transparent the contents; • the same criteria for analysis and evaluation of skills (for evidence or for examination)in any place-any time; • The results/outcomes of the process used in different contexts and authoritative. The useof reliable procedures and visible by "experts"makes the results stronger and facilitating the use in different contexts

Certificate of competence- document in which you certify, after passing an examination, abilities and knowledge corresponding to one or more Unit of Competence Form on abilities and knowledge- document that will formalize the individual knowledge and abilities if they do not cover the whole expected for one or more UC (Unit of competence) 35
