Introduction • The secrets to growth in the private sector are many, but prime among them is the ability of companies to find, attract, and retain the human capital needed to run their organizations. • Whether the employment problem lies in the quality of our education system or in the mismatched expectations between employers and job seekers, there is one area that continues to be undervalued: the strategic importance of training. • Nesma has long recognized that its success as a business is tied to the success of its employees, and equally to the prosperity of the local community in which it operates. We also recognize that the lack of capabilities is the main cause of poverty in Saudi Arabia.

NTC’s Objectives • The objective of the Nesma Training Center is to drastically improve the employability of individuals in the community, empowering them to: • Secure productive employment; • Excel in their professions; • Build their leadership potential; and • Achieve their professional objectives

  8. Nesma Training Center (NTC) Nesma Training Center equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and utilizes the newest training methods NTC’s Capacity is 400Students • 12 Classrooms • 3 Computer Labs • Auditorium (97 Seats) • Event Hall ( 60 Seats)
