At BOSS log-in screen, click “Forgot Password” link Enter email, first and last name in designated fields User answers 3 security questions created while registering User unsuccessful answering questions User contacts BOSS support (via contact us page) who will work with Pelco IT to reset password User is successful answering questions Password transmitted to User via email User receives new password in their email User re-attempts log-on
