Timetable • Dialogue: End Oct – Early Nov 2014 • Final ITT published: Late Nov 2014 • Final ITT deadline: Early Jan 2015 • Final ITT evaluation etc: Jan – Feb 2015 • Notifications etc: Late Feb 2015 • Contract signature etc: Mar 2015 • Contract mobilisation: Apr 2015 • Contract delivery: July 2015

Staff transfers – current contracts • Unlikely that an exemption will be applied (similar to that which was applied as part of the TR Programme) • Authority neutral on application of TUPE (Commercial consideration, case-by-case, business to business etc) • Probable that pension protection of some kind will apply to former Probation / CRC staff on transfer • Details still being finalised; further updates to follow
