Basic concepts • Process: water stress mitigation; consists of 1 or more steps • Step: (1stdecomposition level of process): consists of 1 or more tasks • Task: (2nd decomposition level of process): consists of 1 or more activities • Activity: (3rd decomposition level of process): most basic action of team members in a water stress mitigation project. • Method / tool: can be used to accomplish tasks and or activities
