In December 2012, the Personalisation Sub-Group, co-chaired by Philip Atkinson and Vivienne Lester, reported on the progress of their work plan aimed at improving personalisation in Bromley. The group consists of service users, carers, commissioners, and guests who meet regularly. Members receive updates from Lucy of Advocacy for All, who is developing a film showcasing personalisation’s impact on individuals' lives. The group works to raise awareness, ensure choice and control, and explore new opportunities for personalisation, continuously reviewing support plans for effectiveness.
