Based on recommendation by Program Director. • General membership has one vote per program • Elections held during OME – HEP/CAMP Directors Meeting in DC. • OME HEP/CAMP Directors Meeting – July 2009 • Secretary – even years • Parliamentarian – even years • Treasurer – odd years • President Elect – at end of Presidents term • HEP Stream Reps on even years • CAMP Stream Reps on odd years
