Analysis of COVID-19 clinical trials: A guide to reducing vaccine hesitancy

Clinical research studies do not necessarily all involve medical treatments or experimental therapies. Clinical research can include observational studies, in which people are followed over a period of time to determine health outcomes. Clinical research may also be used to determine the usefulness or safety of a new diagnostic procedure or drug treatment. Clinical Research Courses are planned in advance and follow a defined protocol. Epidemiologic studies examine specific populations to clarify how often a disease occurs or is found in a given group (the incidence and prevalence), the individual factors that can cause or worsen disease progression, and the types of health and lifestyle decisions that people make.

  1. Analysis of COVID-19 clinical trials: A guide to reducing vaccine hesitancy Clinical trials are studies performed for research in people who have an objective at evaluating a surgical, medical, or behavioral intervention. Clinical Trials are the primary method of researchers to determine whether a new treatment or drug, or diet is safe and effective in human beings. Clinical research requires trials conducted to collect information regarding the efficiency and safety of a new drug, device, or treatment. These are tested on certain individuals, and this process is termed clinical trial recruitment. The main aim of associate recruitment is to raise awareness about clinical research courses and to encourage the enrolment of patients. Clinical trials form the major portion of clinical research. Covid-19 and clinical trials The pandemic COVID-19 has created havoc all over the world. It has caused us to rethink everything, including how clinical research is conducted. Clinical researchcourses institutes have completely changed their way of working and processing data and results. The best clinical research course of action has changed drastically and has resulted in new trends in the research world. Clinical trial recruitment has become a challenge due to the global pandemic as people are socially distanced from one another. However, they have stayed connected through social media platforms. The benefit of reaching patients online or digitally is that they can be reached from any part of the world. Digital platforms make it easier to reach out to people, and it also encourages active participation in clinical trials. The latest trends in clinical trial recruitments include increased use of digital advertising to find the most suited patients for a trial. As the best clin ical research train ingbased on clinical trials strive to investigate if a potential treatment is both safe and effective, there is a certain level of risk associated with it. When the recruited volunteers are chosen, there is a possibility that the treatment shall not be effective, and the volunteer can also be subjected to certain side-effects. Why is it necessary to take part in clinical trials? Every single human being has benefitted from research in some way or another. Most do not even realize the benefits that they have received as a result of clinical research. Individuals taking part in clinical research trials contribute towards the treatment, care, and well-being of

  2. several other individuals who are suffering from the same disease or condition, as well as those who may suffer from that condition in the future. These trial participants have many different reasons to participate in clinical trials. Despite those personal reasons, the bigger reason remains the same. The main reasons for participation in clinical trials include: • To play an active role in overall healthcare. • To overcome the feeling of helplessness. • To contribute to the advancement of medicine and science. • To play an active role in societal health. • To improve one’s condition due to a particular condition or disease. • To gain access to treatments that are not accessible. • To exercise the human anatomy and be free of all forms of weaknesses. • To find a cure for diseases that do not have a cure available.
