The best rafting time is between July and September when the river is usually clear and it is not as cold.   It is best to plan Kullu for two days. You will be exploring everything in a couple of days. Delhi is at least 5 hours journey from Kullu valley. You can book a flight to Kullu from the New Delhi airport by paying around 2000-3000 INR. You can also reach Kullu by train. You can also take to the road and take your time reaching the valley and exploring the route. On the way, tourists have the option of visiting the places like Nurpur, Manali, Dharamsala, Chamba, Mandi, Chamba, Shimla, Jogindernagar, Pauri, Una, and Nalagarh.
