  1. SRS Group is launching its new housing project in Dwarka known as SRS Dwarka Next. If we talk about SRS Group, in the past 25 years it has completed innumerable projects in different sectors. The trust which this home group enjoys is due to its excellent past work. The group has made more than 10 residential and commercial projects in over 500 acres of land in Faridabad, Palwal and Revari. It has been busy working in many other fields also such as jewellery showrooms, cinemas, international schools, hospitals, finance, marketing etc. Thus, SRS Group has worked in almost every sector which is in daily use for a common man, and hence, today it is regarded as the leading business group in India. Its new project, SRS Dwarka Next has been planned to be made under the amazing Land Pooling Policy initiated by DDA. This project is located in the L zone near Dwarka. Hence, it is around thehighly posh zone of Dwarka, and in future will itself be a posh zone. L zone will become Delhi’s biggest Smart City in the coming years under the Master Plan Delhi 2021, thus, owning a house or investing in this zone can be highly favourable to the people of Delhi and India. SRS Dwarka Next will be constructed on a prime location surrounded by Gurgaon, Dwarka and South Delhi. This society aims to offer technologically advanced houses at a very affordable price for the common man of Delhi. This group has recognised the problems people have to face due to the overpricing of houses in Delhi, and now they are working to provide houses to the people. SRS Group has got an amazing response in its resent projects such as SRS Residency at sec-88, Greater Faridabad, SRS Pearls Floors etc. and is making an effort to build on these successful projects. This project is being developed under Land Pooling Policy and MPD 2021 (Master Plan Delhi 2021) L Zone Dwarka Phase 2.
