1. Terms and Conditions: This Program from RBL Bank Limited ("RBL Bank") is conducted in partnership with Udbhav School ( a NGO) and is open to select residents of India holding a valid and current RBL Bank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) with no outstanding of more than 30 days ("Cardmember"). Program Details 1.This offer is valid for Indian citizens only. 2.Cardmember can donate to Udbhav School through either of below ways : Contribution through Reward Points 500 Reward Points (equivalent to Rs. 100 ) 2500 Reward Points (equivalent to Rs. 500 ) 5000 Reward Points (equivalent to Rs. 1000 ) SMS DORA to 5607011 SMS DORB to 5607011 SMS DORC to 5607011 Contribution through Credit Card Donate Rs. 100 Donate Rs. 500 Donate Rs. 1000 SuperCard members can donate by sending the above codes to 5607033 3.Any charges incurred by Cardmember to send the SMS to make the donation will be borne by Cardmember himself/ herself. 4.For requests for contribution through Reward Points through SMS, Reward Points will be debited in 2 working days. In case of insufficient points, the request for debit will not be processed. 5.For requests for contribution through RBL Bank Credit Card, a charge will be initiated within 2 working days to Cardmembers’ Primary Credit Card and will reflect in his next Credit Card statement. 6.Reward Points once debited on the Credit Card cannot be reversed. 7.SMS received only from Cardmembers’ registered mobile number will be considered valid. 8.A confirmatory receipt from Udbhav School will be sent to Cardmember’s registered email ID within 30 to 45 working days of placing the request. 9.Cardmember’s PAN number , registered mobile number and registered email ID will be shared with Udbhav School for purposes of the sharing the confirmatory receipt. 10.Cardmember will not be entitled to earn any Reward Points contributions made through RBL Bank Credit Card under this program. 11.Any dispute pertaining to this Program can be raised within 1 day of sending the SMS. Card-members can call RBL Bank helpline at 022 6232 7777. SuperCard members are requested to call the helpline at 022 711 90900. 12.Participation by Cardmember in this program is completely voluntary. Donating is optional and RBL Bank does not assert any claim or make it mandatory for members to contribute to the NGO. 13.RBL Bank and Udbhav School reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions. 14.Cardmembers hereby waive any claims against RBL Bank in relation to the donation made by them. 15.Any person participating under this Program shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. 16.Images provided in promotions are only for pictorial representation and RBL Bank does not undertake any liability or responsibility for the same. 17.RBL Bank reserves the right to modify / alter/withdraw the Program or all or any of the terms applicable to the Program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. 18.The decision of RBL Bank with respect to the Program shall be final and binding on the customer and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
