  5. Jars of Clay ‘therefore’ (1) … makes a connection ‘we have this ministry’ (1) … one that leads people into a vibrant and pulsating relationship with God ‘since through God’s mercy’ (1) … be buoyant – reflect on God’s mercy

  6. Jars of Clay • Look at Paul … • Look at the early disciples … God can draw a straight line with a very crooked stick!

  11. Jars of Clay • He is the Potter – we are the clay • He shapes us • He uses us • He picks us up when we’re broken • He puts all the pieces back together

  12. Jars of Clay God is attracted to weakness ‘The Lord had the strength and I had the weakness, so we teamed up … an unbeatable combination!’ He turns our weaknesses into his mega opportunities

  13. Jars of Clay Though we are weak, His grace is everything we need – We’re made of clay, But this treasure is within; He turns our weaknesses Into his opportunities, So that the glory goes to him.

  14. Jars of Clay What is the purpose of a clay pot? It’s meant to be used. That’s what ministry and mission is all about … Can God? Will God? Yes!
