Biennium in review • July 2009 – March 2011 paid from enhanced account: • 911 equipment = $2,291,667 • 911 equipment maint. = $2,230,084 • PSAP circuits = $8,434,963 • Wireless = $4,436,028 • GIS mapping CPE = $ 101,320 • MSAG / GIS maint. = $1,382,204 • UPS CPE / Upgrade = $67,982 • Network = $1,050,723 • PSAP facility = $10,422 __________________________________________ TOTAL = $20,005,393

State Program Roles & Responsibilities Mark Tennyson, Technology & Response Section Director • Section Goals & Objectives • Performance reviews • Work with 911 Program Lead to review & update / create Program policy • Work with 911 Program Lead on updating ORS via Legislative Concepts, and OAR revisions. • Final review of all 9-1-1 payments • Oversees OEM SAR Position (Georges Kleinbaum) • Oversees OEM Communication Officer (Marty McKillip) EAS system, NAWAS, Amateur Radio • Oversees 2 OEM IT Staff (Steve Ollis, Pat Pope) • State Emergency Coordination • Rotates Executive Duty Officer weekly shifts with other OEM Section Directors & Deputy Director • Attends Legislative Hearings, Work sessions for related issues
