  3. Overview • Mixed Kronos and ADP time clocks • Clock rules inconsistent and incoherent – varied from location to location • Some customized reporting from both payroll and time clock systems • Customized GL “interface”

  4. Selection Process • 2007 Joint HR and Payroll meetings • Identified communication challenges • Internal and throughout LSS • Payroll and HR system - ADP presented Enterprise and Virtual Edge solutions • Kronos and ADP presented in response to RFP developed by consultant

  5. Modules & Implementation • ADP COBRA/FSA • Begun late 2007 • Completed early 2008 • ADP Virtual Edge • Applicant Tracking • Background Screening • Begun early 2008 • Completed September 2008?
