Obtained degree in electrical engineering and worked at Intel. Later obtained Masters Degree in Education and now teaches math in Beaverton and Tigard. She has 3 sisters and 1 brother and was considered a ‘tomboy’ as a child. Attends University of Pretoria as a Sports Science student. Gold Medal winner at the 2009 World Championships for track and field. Won the Silver Medal at the same competition in 2011. #2

  15. Create inclusivity ! One of the hallmarks of an inclusive environment is treating people as individuals rather than preconceived assumptions. It's normal to categorize, but stepping back and consciously not buying into stereotypes helps to create a safe environment.
