CMA Enhancements. CMA is now Wizard Based . For ease of use, the CMA tool in Paragon 5 is now in a Wizard format. Simply click on the section you wish to work on in the Vertical Menu in the Left Navigation Pane . CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only. Back and Next Buttons.

  2. CMA is now Wizard Based For ease of use, the CMA tool in Paragon 5 is now in a Wizard format. Simply click on the section you wish to work on in the Vertical Menu in the Left Navigation Pane. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  3. Back and Next Buttons Clicking the Next and Back buttons will allow you to navigate through each section of the CMA that appears in the Left Navigation Pane CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  4. Subject Property The same options for adding a Subject Property are available within Paragon 5. All the tricks you learned creating a CMA in Paragon 4 work the same way in Paragon 5, only now you can click the button to get to where you want to go.   5. Adding a Contact to the CMA Adding a Client to your CMA is the same as in Paragon 4. Select from Create a New Client or Select Client from Contact List. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  6. Comparables and Adjustments Adding Comparables and Adjustments functions the same as in Paragon 4. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  7. Page Layout New themes of Modern, Vivid, Traditional, Elegant or Contemporary are available in Paragon 5 for the CMA Presentation. CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  9. Presentation Setup All the options are the same as in Paragon 4. However, users can drag and drop the menu items here to set the desired order of the completed CMA Presentation. Simply click a label and drag it to the desired location CONFIDENTIAL - LPS Real Estate Group Client Use Only

  10. Final Presentation Select Final Presentation to generate your CMA Presentation. Presentations can be E-mailed, Printed or converted to a PDF file. LPS Real Estate Group
