  14. SFSP Rules & Regulations • #10 Conduct monitoring reviews at all of your sites (pre-op, 1st week, 4th week, and/or follow-up reviews) • #9 If you self-prepare your meals, production records must be maintained! • #8 Maintaining an accounting system to keep track of your invoices

SFSP Rules & Regulations (continued) • #7 Train your operational and administrative staff before the program begins and throughout the summer! • #6 Location, location, location . . . . . . . sites should NOT be right next to one another! • #5 Daily meal count sheets and all other records of the program MUST be available to review at ALL times!

  16. SFSP Rules & Regulations (continued) • #4 Adult meals cannot be claimed on your monthly claims for reimbursement! • #3 All supporting documents of the program including the DAILY MEAL COUNT SHEETS must be ORIGINAL; NO PHOTOCOPIES!!
