  4. Promotes equality: advantage in the market Increased Morale- Everyone knows that they are a valued member of the team and they will be more willing to contribute their ideas when they know that they will be heard.

Promotes equality: advantage in the market Creates a better work environment- enables companies to make proactive efforts to attract the best and brightest employees, maximize their productivity, leverage their knowledge to better understand their customers and create new market opportunities.

Associates should never be denied necessary, constructive, critical feedback for learning about mistakes and successes (flagg, 2002). Diversity in the workplace can reduce lawsuits and increase marketing opportunities, recruitment, creativity, and business image. Also, the consequences (loss of time and money) should not be overlooked.
