  3. AUTOQTY A Software for Automatic Quantity and Cost Calculations from AutoCAD Drawings Using, AutoQty Software Quantities can be calculated directly from drawings.AutoQty will eliminate the need to input L, B, and D values for Quantity Estimation. However, for Items that cannot be calculated directly from Drawings, a separate user friendly interface is provided.AutoQty also has a facility to 'Create your own items of Estimation', apart from items of Estimation calculated by AutoQty. STEPS IN QUANTITY ESTIMATION ADD / IMPORT SCHEDULES SCAN & CALCULATE DRAWING PREPARATION REPORTS Previous Slide : Backspace Key Next Slide : Space Key Exit : Esc Key

  4. STEP 1 DRAWING PREPARATION This is the most important step in Calculation of QuantitiesDrawing Preparation implies carefully arranging the drawing Components (Beam / Slab/ Column / texts etc in case of RCC Drawings and Plasters/ Walls / etc in case of Architectural Drawings) in their respective layers. For every drawing component a Layer has been specified by AutoQty Previous Slide : Backspace Key Next Slide : Space Key Exit : Esc Key

  5. RCC DRAWING PREPARATION Original RCC Plan Create Layers in RCC Plan Arrange the Drawing components in their respective Layers Save the Drawing in AutoCAD DXF Format Previous Slide : Backspace Key Next Slide : Space Key Exit : Esc Key
