  3. SASQAG’s Charter • Purpose: • To Promote Professional Software Quality Practices • Objectives: • To provide educational and certification opportunities in a non-commercial atmosphere within an organization of software quality professionals.

  4. SASQAG’s Objectives Include: • Promote sharing of knowledge & experience among members • Build awareness of software quality assurance • Support & promote certifications (QAI & ASQ) • Share knowledge of software standards and processes • Offer SQA education through classes and lectures

  5. Our Membership • Nearly 700 members • Representing over 220 area companies • Free Membership • Both Testers and SQA professionals

  6. Public Meetings • Held at Attachmate in Bellevue, WA in Factoria • Third Thursday of each month (except Dec) • 11 monthly meetings Birds-of-a-Feather Networking Sessions • Average Attendance 55 per meeting
