A man is angry at T-Mobile service, his phone is not working and he hast tried everything that the manual says. He is not a happy man when he calls customer service.
“Ma’am I am very unhappy with my Phone ! It is a piece of junk and useless!”
“Sir what seems to be the problem with your phone?”
“Its not working! If it did I wouldn’t be calling you!”
“I’m sorry to hear that sir, I will try to help you fix it. Can you tell me what is wrong with it?”
“It won’t load my internet!”
“Sir try and restart it then go into your settings and turn off your internet then wait 1 minute and turn it back on.”
“Ohhhh okay, that works now! Thanks….”
“Your welcome thanks for calling, I can help anytime!”
The customer service rep. handled the situation very well and stayed calm. By doing this they brought the customer back and kept him coming back for T-Mobile service and phones. This customer was a complaining.
