  2. Lesson Plan Planning is very important in every field of life. Teacher must plan his lesson and Prepare his lecture well before the class so that he can deliver his lecture accordingly.

  3. Lesson Plan A Person who plans and delivers accordingly is called genius.

  4. Confidence Confidence is proportional to Lesson Planning Lecture Preparation Knowledge regarding the subject

  5. Confidence Confidence is necessary for facing the challenges of the class specially the cross questions of the students.

  6. Punctuality Never Enter the class Late and leave the class early.

  7. Develop interest regarding subject • While Taking First class of the semester a teacher is supposed to develop interest among the students regarding the subject by explaining the importance of the subject and applications of the subject in the field. • Thermodynamics. • Favourite subject.

  8. Sequence of lecture Start your lecture with proper sequence and maintain the sequence till the end.

  9. Communication Skills Voice should be loud and crystal clear. 2. Transfer your knowledge to the students with relevant and easy examples.

  10. Class Control Tell the students that teacher should be the last to enter and first to leave. Take the Attendance at the beginning of the class. 3. Keep Eye Contact with the students to ensure their attention towards lecture.

  11. Pace of lecture 1. Maintain the steady pace during the delivery of lecture. 2. Set the pace of the lecture by focusing on the weak students.

  12. Maintain good learning environment 1. Keep the environment learning so that students never hesitate in asking the questions. 2. Never insult the students in the class.

  13. Time Management Achieve the targets of the lecture set during the lesson plan.

  14. Summarize the lecture Try to summarize the lecture during last five minutes.

  15. Extra time for weak Students Allocate proper time in your schedule for counseling and teaching of the weak students

  16. Justification During Grade Awarding Do justification with the students during the awarding of Grade.

  17. Play Active role in the development of the Institution A proper team work is required to develop the institution.

  18. Active Researcher 1. University is the place where knowledge is born. One of the basic difference between university teacher and college teacher is research. A university teacher should be an active researcher in his field of specialization.
