June 6, 2006 4th BTA 3 TS5 to Raceway 500kV line 2014 Heavy Summer power flow case w/ Santa Rosa-Browning 500kV, Harquahala-Devers 500kV, Harquahala Junction-TS5 500kV, and Raceway(TS9)-Pinnacle Peak 500kV in-service No load shedding is needed Add the TS5-Raceway(TS9) 500kV line No load shedding needed nor did it degrade the system’s stability
