  1. Fee Chart Low cost carriers such as Southwest, AirTran or Jet Blue do not allow us to issue other airlines on the same ticket, therefore, you will be charged a service fee for each ticket issued. This means if you book Southwest outbound and Jet Blue on the return you will be charged 2 service fees. If you ticket a reservation and cancel the reservation within 24 hours (US) and same day(Canada), the ticket can be voided but the service fee still applies. The service fee cannot be voided. If you book an airline ticket and later add a car and hotel to the same itinerary-you will not be charged an additional service fee. If you book a car or hotel and later add flights you will be charged an additional service fee. Calls before 8am EST and after 8pm EST are charged an afterhours fee of $18 in addition to the regular service fee
