  2. Introduction Welcome, and thank you for taking the time to review our presentation on the latest innovative method for cleaning in food industries, pharmaceutical plants, computer industries, etc. SP Heat Transfer was set up as a partnership business in 1995, our main business was repair and cleaning of industrial and marine heat exchangers. We found a need to be able to clean and recoat some heat exchangers externally and by 1998 we decided to set up in bead and shot blasting, and the application of protective coatings which included galvanizing. Ninety percent of this work had to be carried out at our premises in closed controlled environments, due to the dust caused by grit blasting. We have always seen a need for a powerful environmentally friendly method of cleaning on site, capable of cleaning as good or better than shot blasting, without the problems associated.

  3. Introduction But thanks to new technology we now have a new advanced method of cleaning called Dry Ice Blasting, with this method of cleaning there is no release of any harmful matter at force, the ice itself evaporates on impact leaving no residue matter behind. Dry Ice Blasting can even be carried out on working electrical components as it does not conduct electricity or cause static. It is FDA and EPA approved. Please continue to view the rest of the presentation to find our more about our Dry Ice Blasting.

  4. Finally We hope you find this new technology of interest to you and have picked out some videos for you to view relating to Dry Ice Blasting. We look forward to hearing your views and any queries you may have in relation to applying this cleaning method to your industry.
