Affirmative Action Interviews Hiring department submits selection request to dean/appointing officer. Dean/appointing officer submits selection request to HR. Human Resources HR & AA reviews and approves selection request. Affirmative Action Offer extended by HR. Candidate accepts. Appointment letter completed and sent by HR. Candidates notified that the position is filled.
