BRANDING GROWTH EDUCATION Membership Growth Motivate at least 60% of JCI National Organizations to achieve membership growth by Dec. 31st 2004 Branding Ensure at least 60% of JCI National Organizations with JCI Corporate Identity Guidelines by Dec. 31st 2004 3 MAIN STRATEGIC GOALS FOR 2004 Performance Improvement Education Official learning programs, JCI ACHIEVE and JCI LEAD, fully designed and successfully conducted at the Area Conferences and the World Congress. Also, have them fully available to the members and chapters, each program within its own academic guidelines, by December 31, 2004
