  2. About us We at HuddleBuy are the UK’s largest deals site for small businesses and entrepreneurs. We are backed by some of Europe’s most respected investors. What hand pick exclusive deals for businesses to rapidly grow in a community over 74,000 businesses.

  3. Strengths HuddleBuy has many strengths, one including that they are the UK’s largest deal sites and are currently the market leader in deal sites for small new businesses.

  4. Weaknesses HuddleBuy has weaknesses that they may occur, one for instance may be that they only have a small office based in Covent Garden. If they start to grow they will need more employees and space, expansion.

  5. Opportunities There are many different opportunities at HuddleBuy, mine for instance is being given the opportunity to work as an apprentice and hopefully get kept on. Also as HuddleBuy expand, they will need more staff, meaning more opportunities.

  6. Threats The main threat HuddleBuy may come across competition such as startups.co.uk and startupdonut.co.uk. Another threat HuddleBuy may find themselves facing is if they constantly spam customers via email text etc. If this is done, their conversion rates from customers who actually click on their link and ad compared to customers who ignore them will be vastly differently and may even make them a loss.

  7. Summary In summary I have found that HuddleBuy are a company that are continually growing year on year in terms of providing services and goods for new start-ups. I have also found that they have clear threats and weaknesses but if they continue what they are doing, thus far, they will remain the market leader in providing services and goods in the UK.
