  5. Entering new stories • Each organization manages their own headlines • Stories are entered by authorized users on an easy-to-use, secure, internal web page • Stories can be published immediately or at later date • Stories can edited or deleted • Story lifetime is 2 weeks • Expired stories are moved to a searchable Archive • Published stories appear immediately on the Hot Items web site
