  2. New Developments Client History Report: This new report offers changed information about listings. Including, listing status, and price changes. This report is automatically sent when you email properties to your clients. To find: - Log in to MLS - Perform any search - Under “Report” select “Client History Report” -Scroll down and enjoy the new feature

  3. New Report Coming Soon! The “Agent Full Report” will offer all the information you need in one convenient place. Please note this is for agents only, as it contains confidential information not meant for clients.This report will replace and combine the full report and the confidential report.

  4. Broker Leadership Conference Wrap-Up We are happy to report that Leadership Conference was a great success. Our broker event with Curt Beardsley, from Realtor.com, kicked off our initiative of the year to educate our members on the pros and cons of listing syndication. Curt Beardsley’s presentation quickly sold out and we had over 200 brokers in attendance. We also had 44 brokers watch the presentation live from their office. The presentation is now available for all agents to view from either the announcement widget on your MLS home screen or inside of MLS News. We also have strict advertising guidelines on the public site. You may have malware on your computer that can be removed if you are seeing ads that contain inappropriate content such as: • Political ads that may alienate members or public • Ads of a sexual nature that may offend members or public • Animation, scrolls, sounds, flashing or distracting ads • If you are experiencing ads of this nature, visit the Tech Tips within MLS News to read about how to remove malware.   7. The Salt Lake Tribute Homes Section The Salt Lake Tribune now uses UtahRealEstate.com and PropertyPond.com to power the “Homes” and ”Rentals” sections of their website. This means that all leads go directly to the listing agent.
