SoundScape • SoundScape is an exciting new racing game that uses the user’s submitted music to dynamically create tracks that sync with the music • Most interesting features in our system • Race track and objects are created based on the user’s music • Objects created is within the same beat as the user’s music

Post-Mortem Analysis • What project management techniques worked well, and what worked not so well? • Using online discussion board to help inform everyone in the progress of the project • Weekly meetings were time consuming • What were the major technical problems you encountered? • Some team members were unfamiliar with Objective-C • Some team members did not have access to a Macintosh

  8. Post-Mortem Analysis (cont’) • What were the major "human" problems you encountered while working as a team? • Team members had time conflict with other schoolwork (ie. midterms & assignments) • Having disagreement during meetings due to different aspects over the same issues.

Post-Mortem Analysis (cont’) • If you were to do the project over again, what would you do differently? • Do a lot of research before start planning for new project • Features that can be implemented without any problems • Use time more wisely • Plan out which features can be implemented after doing some research
