Who Are We? • Sun Country Highway Ltd is a progressive Canadian owned company leading the electric vehicle movement across the nation by raising awareness and promoting the adoption of zero emission transportation. Founded by president, Kent Rathwell, Sun Country Highway was created to build the most sustainable electric vehicle infrastructure in the world • Provide the most powerful charging infrastructure available (up to 100 Amps) • Together with our US partnerwe have sold more EVSE worldwide than all all competitors combined

Our aim is to empower Canadians to make choices that promote economic and environmental sustainability; we want to help green Canada’s highways by fostering a culture shift toward greener living.

SCH Goals 2013 • Develop a duplicable business model focused on environmental, economic and social sustainability - perpetual • To provide publicly accessible EV charging to 90% of the Canadian population • Promote EV adoption and educate consumers and business leaders • Partner with Canadian businesses to make them more profitable and competitive • “Currently Canadians spend a lot of hard earned money on transportation. Milestones: Powering Change • In Spring 2012 Sun Country Highway launched Vancouver Island as the first 100% EV-friendly region in Canada • In Spring 2012 Sun Country Highway became the exclusive marketing master distributor for Via Motors in Canada, under VTRUX Canada • September 2012 PEI was launched as the most EV-friendly Province in Canada • December 2012 Sun Country Highway completed the World’s Longest Green Highway • Exclusive supplier to Best Western International- largest hotel chain in the world • Partner and corporate sponsor of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) • Over 200 publicly accessible EV Chargers installed across Canada and growing

Proposal: • Purchase and install 2 EV Chargers in strategic locations in North Middlesexto attract EV owners from across southern ON • $1899/ unit , CS-90 for Community Center, Ailsa Craig • Install FREE CS-40 EV Charger at Town Hall, Parkhill (Prize, FCM) • $499/ unit for pedestal • Free signage provided by Sun Country Highway • Total project: $2398, plus freight and tax • Make North Middlesex one of the most EV-friendly municipalitiesin Ontario, promoting a sustainable environment and economy. • Media launch to unveil EV Chargers in mid- June • Representatives from Sun Country Highway and Tesla Roadster, EVs • Press release issued in collaboration with municipality
