TEMA 40.FAMILIA AGNATICIA(FAMILIA ROMANA) CONCEPTO: Grupo de personas que se encuentran bajo la potestad única del Pater Familias, al que se hallaban sometidos por razones naturales o jurídicas.  Lazo jurídico (no biológico). Poderes amplísimos del paterfamilias en cuanto a sus hijos. Pertenecían a la familia romana: Paterfamilias Por razón de nacimiento. Por razón del matrimonio Personas que el pater acoja mediante la arrogatioo la adoptio.

  2. LA PATRIA POTESTAS • CONCEPTO: Poder absoluto e integral del paterfamilias sobre las personas que están sujetas a su autoridad. • MODOS DE ADQUIRIR LA PATRIA POTESTAS  Nacimiento.  Actos jurídicos  Conventio in manu.  Adoptio et Arrogatio.  Legitimación.
